Beach Bag( A Leona Crafts Original) Notes : This bag is INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED :This bag is called a "Beach Bag" because of the way it looks. To use it at the beach skip the lining. :If you skip the lining the bag will stretch out. Salt water may have an effect on any colors you use. :When sewing in the lining make sure to pick up ONLY the stitches closest to you so the thread will not show through your finshed work. : I would DRY CLEAN ONLY this bag. : All materials are at Micheal's and Wal-Mart. Materials: 1 Skein "Loops & Threads" Impeccable BIG(I used brown & less than half the skein) Size G 4.25MM Crochet Hook 4 9"x12" Black Craft Felts 1 set Darice "Craft Designer" 7" Bamboo Purse Handles Canvas Needle Yarn Darning Needle Black Thread Pins for pinning Chain 51 Row 1: In the 2nd Ch from the hook SC around both sides of the chain. Row 2-15: SC around both sides. Row 15-20 : In the 1st stitch DC 3 times making a shell ,Skip 2 DC 3 times in 3rd stitch making a shell around both sides. Row 21-25 : SC around both sides. Row 25-30: In the 1st stitch DC 3 times making a shell ,Skip 2 DC 3 times in 3rd stitch making a shell around both sides. Row 31: SC around both sides. Row-32-35: On BOTH SIDES , From Starting Chain SC in next 20 stitches, TC in the next 12 stitches , SC in remaining 20. DO THE SAME ON THE OTHER SIDE UNTIL BAG IS FINISHED.
